Delete my account

From the app (immediate)

Open the HabitFlow app (iPhone, Mac or Android) and sign in.
Go to Profile → Delete my account.
Enter your password to confirm.

Without access to the app

E-mail [to complete: contact e-mail] from your account's address and ask for deletion. We handle it within 30 days at most.

What is deleted

Your account, profile and photo, questionnaire answers, habits and their history, events, rewards and Focus sessions: everything is erased immediately and permanently. Only invoices are kept by the payment provider for the legally required period.

Important: your subscription

A subscription bought on the App Store or Google Play must be cancelled in the store (deleting the account does not stop it).
